• Child Care and Resource Fair - held annually in the spring to disseminate information to the community regarding the availability of quality child care in Loudoun County.

• Child Care Provider Conference - held annually in the fall offering training hours with high quality guest speakers to engage and educate the providers in topics related to there everyday planning for a successful childcare setting.
  

• Caregiver Development Unit - to encourage child care providers to continue their education and training relating to child care, which communicates to others a commitment to professionalism.
  
  

Our Plans for the Future

The Loudoun Child Care Network has many plans for the future. We wish to build upon the achievements and successes thus far and move forward. Some of our plans are:

• To recruit additional volunteers and members
• To implement a fundraising strategy and apply for grants
• To enhance the Child Care and Resource Fair
• To revisit the Caregiver Development Unit program and revise any elements that require updating
• To increase participation in the Caregiver Development Unit Program by child care providers who are dedicated to self improvement and providing the most informed care possible
• To undertake Board training so officers can contribute to the organization more effectively
• To expand child care provider recognition
• To work collaboratively with partners to promote child care issues
